I've spent more than 25 years working in IT and digital transformation. I enjoy figuring out how things could work better, then working with others to make it happen.
How I work
Curiosity is where I start.
I like understanding how things work and finding connections that aren't obvious at first. Creativity, for me, often comes from bringing a different perspective to a familiar problem.

I connect ideas from different fields and explore alternatives. Sometimes a small change in perspective opens up a much simpler solution.

I stay involved as an idea becomes something people use. Decisions, delivery and the less exciting details all need attention.

My background spans IT leadership, digital transformation and operational excellence, largely in the pharmaceutical industry and multinational environments. Over the years, my responsibilities have covered both day-to-day operations and changes to how the business works.

About me
I like knowing how things work.
My background is technical, and I still enjoy getting into the details. I'm just as interested in the wider picture: why something matters, who it affects and whether it is worth doing.
I take my commitments seriously. When I get involved in something, I want to understand it properly and see it through. Learning and making things are a large part of what keeps me interested.
I'm a member of CIO Council Romania and take part in industry events as a speaker and panelist. I enjoy exchanging ideas with people who see things differently.
Beyond work
There's usually a ride or a project.
Cycling and motorcycle travel take me outdoors and give me a change of pace. At home, I enjoy designing and 3D-printing things, especially when I can make something useful from an idea.
